Artwork and File Support
We accept the following file formats:
PDF, AI, PSD, CDR, JPG, PNG
Minimum resolution: 300 DPI
Preferred color mode: CMYK
If you are unsure about your file, you can email it to us and our design team will review it for print readiness.
Reprints and Complaints
If you receive an order with a printing error, damage, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos of the issue and a brief description.
If the error is on our side, we will offer a free reprint or other appropriate resolution.
Please note: We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork or delays due to unapproved designs.
